NAPA Pop-Ups

NAPA Pop-Ups are dynamic events that bring the magic of NAPA to new locations, featuring our expert therapists, specialized tools, and a vibrant sense of community. They offer a unique opportunity to experience our intensive therapy in an exciting, fresh setting.

NAPA Center will host two Santa Barbara Pop-Up intensive sessions next year in partnership with the Grace Fisher Foundation, marking the third year of service to the Central Coast community.

The Grace Fisher Foundation is proud to serve as host partner for both 2027 Pop-Ups. With a shared commitment to community inclusion, education, and enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families, this partnership brings NAPA’s highly specialized, life-changing therapy services to Santa Barbara and the broader Central Coast region. Both sessions are held at the Foundation’s Inclusive Clubhouse, made possible through generous grants and fundraising support.

Facility?

Pop-ups are held at rented venues, with equipment and team members loaned from our existing clinics.

Expectations?

All the same fun, good vibes, and hard work that happens at a traditional intensive!

Differences?

Not being in an established space means some of our larger pieces of equipment will not be available (CAGE, Galileo, treadmill, etc.). Therapy aides will also not be available, so if your child needs second hands, we may need your support during the session.

Billing?

We will accept and bill insurance plans we're in-network with, as well as out-of-network plans that include out-of-network benefits. Coverage and payment amounts are set by your insurer, not by NAPA, and depend on your individual plan, deductible, and benefits. We are unable to accept Medicaid as primary or secondary coverage.

Costs: Every plan is different, and insurers don't confirm final payment until after a claim processes. We estimate your out of pocket costs from past claims (returning families) or the billed amount (new families), so you may see a credit or balance upon completion of your intensive.

To register: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your spot and applies toward your final balance.

Coverage check: We verify benefits and provide you with an invoice for your estimated out of pocket cost for the full session ~60 days prior to the intensive start date. This is a quote, not a guarantee. We recommend confirming benefits directly with your insurer.
