Annabelle chose to pursue a career in physical therapy due to experiencing a personal injury where she had to undergo rehabilitation for several months. She found that this career would be one that helped fulfill her love for helping others while also healing them so that they could continue to participate in the activities that they love. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Western University of Health Sciences in Oregon. Her love for working with the pediatric population flourished during school where she was involved in a research project that helped build custom sit to stand boxes for children with developmental delays. She developed her passion for helping children while on a clinical rotation in Idaho and she found out just how rewarding it could be to help children with complex medical diagnoses unlock their true potential. When she is not working, you can find her hanging out at the beach, taking workout classes, enjoying reality television, or scoping out a local coffee shop.
