Caroline is a Charlotte native who loves helping children grow through play-based therapy rooted in a whole-child approach and meaningful family collaboration. She earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Huntington University in 2021 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated in 2018. For her doctoral capstone, Caroline created a special needs ministry at her church, designing sensory-friendly spaces and advocating for disability inclusion in faith-based settings. With four years of experience—including over three in pediatrics—Caroline has worked across outpatient clinics (traditional and intensive models), home health, daycares, preschools, and acute care/inpatient rehab. During a rewarding travel therapy contract in Alaska, she discovered her passion for the intensive model and is thrilled to continue that work with NAPA’s Charlotte clinic. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
