Chelsea completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University in Melbourne. She is an enthusiastic and empathetic Speech Pathologist, passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Alongside Chelsea’s interest in helping others, she was inspired to become a Speech Pathologist after watching her sister complete speech therapy as a child. During her clinical placement at NAPA, Chelsea’s passion for working in the disability sector grew as she gained experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and providing early communication intervention. Chelsea values NAPA’s emphasis on collaboration between caregivers, families and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure each client is supported and working towards their goals. Outside of work, you will find Chelsea on a walk or run with her dog, travelling to Victorian regional towns or new countries, and playing piano.
