As a Revenue Cycle Management Director, I find great purpose in supporting organizations that serve children and families. While my role focuses on financial operations, compliance, and process improvements, what truly drives me is knowing that strong revenue cycle performance directly supports access to care for children. I enjoy collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure services for children-especially in early intervention and specialized programs. Being part of a mission that positively impacts young lives makes the work both meaningful and rewarding. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending quality time with my nephews playing online video games, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and watching film and television series. Dorian also enjoys hiking, tennis, and basketball.
