Iliana grew up around physical therapy, but wasn’t exposed to pediatric physical therapy until her junior year at Augustana College. When starting her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Bradley University, she had intended to go down the orthopedic route and work with athletes. However, she quickly found her passion treating the pediatric population, thanks to one little boy with cerebral palsy. This experience sent her down the road of multiple pediatric clinical rotations and now, NAPA Center Chicago. Her favorite thing about working with this special population is being able to celebrate the little wins with her patients and their families. She knows that sometimes those little wins can make the biggest difference. Outside of the clinic, you can find Iliana in the gym, reading, watching Disney movies, or hanging out with her family and friends.
