Jamie grew up in Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C., and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and her Master’s degree from Towson University. After visiting Austin, she was excited to explore a new city and embrace the warm weather. Jamie has experience working across educational, private practice, and hospital outpatient settings, supporting children with a wide range of needs, specifically in the areas of language, articulation, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication. She utilizes a child-centered, play-based therapy approach and is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients and their families to support each child’s unique journey. In her free time, Jamie enjoys teaching fitness classes, baking sourdough, and cheering on her favorite sports teams (WE ARE!).
