Jess is originally from near Liverpool in the UK and has proudly called Sydney home for the past 15 years. She is a Registered Nurse and a mother of two young neurodiverse boys. Through her family’s journey navigating therapies, paediatric appointments, school supports and the NDIS, Jess has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs experienced by many families. Alongside her partner Dave and his two neurodiverse children, she brings both professional knowledge and extensive lived experience to her role at NAPA.Known for her bubbly, friendly and caring nature, Jess loves building connections with children and helping them feel comfortable and confident. Outside of NAPA, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking her cavoodle Chewie to the dog park, watching her eldest son play football, drawing with her younger son and cheering all the children on as they scooter around local parks and playgrounds. Jess is passionate about helping children and families feel more supported, understood and empowered and looks forward to being part of each child’s unique journey at NAPA.
