Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology, Minor in Disabilities Studies, University of California: Los Angeles. Karla had known from a young age that she wanted to work with children and enter the medical field. When Karla was a young patient herself, she realized the impact and value medical professionals had on the lives of children. Therefore, she wanted to be a positive impact on children and care for them holistically. When Karla is not at the Napa Center, she is most likely baking/cake decorating, trying to learn to play the violin, thinking of interior designs or studying physiology. She loves to learn about all sorts of information and enjoys to wind down by studying the Bible.
