Katherine earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Amherst, NY just outside the City of Buffalo. She has experience working with all age groups and has worked in a variety of pediatric settings including school-based, outpatient clinics, and home care. Katherine has experience working with children with varying diagnoses including Hypoplastic left heart syndrome, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Austism Spectrum Disorder, Hydrocephaly, Plagiocephaly, Seizure disorders, Genetic disorders, Orthopedic conditions, and other gross motor/developmental delay abnormalities. Katherine works hard to make therapy fun and to support each of her patients and families to provide the best quality of life possible. Outside of work she loves to spend her time with friends and family or participating in yoga classes and run club. She also loves to travel, watch and play sports, read, and knit! She is an avid animal lover and has 5 pets of her own.
