Katherine Haenlein is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College, where she earned her degree in Sports Management. Before joining NAPA, she worked at an elementary school supporting children with special needs, an experience that strengthened her passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections. Katherine thrives in environments where she can interact with people and make a positive impact. In addition to her role at NAPA, she works at ISI as a Sales Leader, where she enjoys being the face of the company and helping individuals feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. Having been an athlete her entire life, Katherine has a deep appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and community. Whether she’s working with kids, supporting clients, or leading in a fitness environment, she brings energy, empathy, and a team-first mindset to everything she does.
