Laura first saw occupational therapy in action when she started working at an inclusive summer camp at 15 years old. Seeing how occupational therapy helped children achieve their highest potential with a skills-based approach and in a playful environment helped Laura to decide that OT was the career for her. After receiving her B.A. in Psychology from Binghamton University in New York, Laura moved to Boston to earn her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Boston University. Prior to working at NAPA Boston, Laura had experience in inpatient orthopedics and even worked as a student at NAPA in Los Angeles! Her experiences with the incredible children and families at NAPA LA inspired her to pursue a full-time role with the company back on the East Coast. Outside of NAPA, Laura can be found testing out a new recipe, reading at a local coffeeshop, or at the movies with her friends!
