Maggie is an LA native who has called Australia home for over five years. She received a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder (2010) and spent four years teaching at the primary and preschool levels in Japan, all contributing to her lifelong interest in child development. After that, she completed her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical occupational therapy from the University of Southern California (2016 and 2017) and has been with NAPA since 2018. She brings her love of sensory integration and polyvagal-informed practice to this work, having taken extensive coursework in both areas. She also continues to volunteer at and participate actively in Camp Avanti in the US.

Maggie’s passion for child and family wellbeing led her to pursue deeper healing modalities using craniosacral therapy. With studies over the years that include CST1, CST2, SER1, SER2 and SERTIP, her practice centers around the use of craniosacral techniques with both children and adults to reduce stress, assist in pain management, and resolve long-held tension from earlier life experiences. Maggie has also studied Reiki level 1 and is currently a student of AcuEnergetics. In her free time she can be found practicing kundalini yoga, playing softball or disc golf, and exploring the natural wonders that Australia has to offer.
