Meg earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Louis University and has been practicing as a pediatric occupational therapist for nearly 3 years. Her passion for working with children began early in life, shaped by her family’s involvement in foster care. That foundation grew into a career calling, especially after volunteering in Kenya, where she worked with children with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other complex medical conditions. There she discovered the profound impact OT can have on quality of life. Meg is committed to supporting each child’s unique potential through compassionate, play based, and evidence-informed care. She strives to make her treatment team-based, involving not only the child, but also their family and friends in order to motivate and build on meaningful activities with those closest to them. Outside of work, Meg enjoys cooking, swimming, and exploring new areas of Charlotte with her husband and their dog, Charlie.
