Mitch has worked in Recruitment now for just over four years in Disability and Aged Care. Before that, customer service was his bread and butter across a variety of industries both here and in Scotland. Mitch thrives off making connections with people at all levels and extracting the most out of every engagement. Some of Mitch’s most recent projects have included ensuring the recruitment process was as accessible as possible in becoming Disability Confident Recruiters, liaising with talent sourcing partners as part of federal government-funded workforce programs and sourcing and onboarding across an area that included Brisbane, Sydney Metro, Melbourne, and as far West as Broken Hill.

Outside of work, Mitch is the youngest of 5. Mitch is looking forward to building on an already incredible foundation at NAPA. Mitch resonates strongly with the impact therapy services can have in a child’s development because he was born with a Cleft Lip and Palate and had to undergo a lot of Speech Therapy to improve his speech the what it is today. Mitch is also diabetic so loves being active in most areas except housework. He is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter and will be awake at crazy hours cheering when things go well, if not, then offering much needed advice and coaching to the TV. Being a Penrith local, he is also a Panthers supporter despite several years away from NRL.
