Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy

Ruairi is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist from Ireland (yes, another one!) who graduated with first-class honours from University College Dublin.

From a young age, Ruairi knew he wanted to work with children—coming from a family of teachers, he has always been drawn to helping others, particularly children with disabilities. He has worked in paediatrics for nearly six years, most recently as a Senior Physiotherapist in both community settings in Ireland and at another clinic here in Sydney.

Ruairi is driven by a deep commitment to helping children maximise their independence, reach their potential and achieve their goals.

A self-confessed sports fanatic (and highly competitive!), Ruairi has played Gaelic football, hurling, soccer, rugby and tennis. Since moving to Australia, he’s developed a love for distance running and triathlons—completing five marathons and a triathlon in the past 18 months alone.

You’re most likely to spot Ruairi swimming in the ocean early in the morning, running laps around Centennial Park, or sipping coffee afterwards.
