BA Sociology, University of Washington. Shelby has always wanted to make a difference and help others, and found her passion in Human Resources. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues on how to solve problems, improve processes to increase efficiency, and implement new initiatives to improve employee engagement and company culture. When Shelby is not working, she is spending time with her son Jack and their dog Ollie. Being from the Pacific Northwest, they can be found outside rain or shine, enjoying all that Seattle has to offer!
