NAPA Center prides ourselves on being a teaching clinic and as such, volunteers and students are an integral part of our team.
NAPA Center welcomes students from accredited occupational, physical and speech therapy university programs. As an outpatient paediatric setting we provide students ample opportunity to gain experience working with children with neurodevelopmental diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, genetic disorders, developmental delay and autism.
Our therapists are passionate about educating future practitioners. As a student at NAPA Center, you will be provided with a structured curriculum that includes one on one supervision with a therapist of your discipline, a plethora of hands on learning opportunities, mentorship from seasoned experienced professionals, and experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Interested in becoming a student at NAPA Center? Please fill our inquiry form to contact our student coordinator. All student placements are organised directly with your university and may require an interview.
NAPA Center gladly accepts volunteers to help out in our busy clinics. Gain invaluable experience in our pediatric setting while also learning more about occupational, speech and physical therapies.
